SUGGESTED DOSAGE: Begin with 1 DROP daily under tongue. Continue until 30 drops per day (1 dropper) can be tolerated. Shake well before using. Because this has a very strong alcohol content, it is recommended to dilute in water, juice, tea or any other beverage.
 
CAUTION:   Do not use this product if you have sensitivity to alcohol. Due to the Cayenne, this tincture is very hot and should be cautiously started with one (1) drop and build up your tolerance. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
 
INGREDIENTS: Hawthorn, Cayenne, 60-70% grain alcohol. 1:5
 
The Cayenne has been organically grown by myself and the Hawthorn is organic.
 
Keep in a cool, dark place. Due to the alcohol content, this is shelf stable for many years.
